f Your Organization Needs A Structured And Regular Volunteer Support, You Can Host An IVS International Volunteer For Up To 12 Months. Volunteers Come From All Over The World And From A Variety Of Backgrounds, With No Upper Age Limits (Unless Specifically Required By You).
What Will CSM Do?
1. Work With You To Help Develop Your Volunteering Opportunity
3. Assist You In Recruiting Volunteers That Are Right For You
4. Take Care Of The Admin For The Volunteer Arrival
5. Provide Training, Support And Mentorship For You And The Volunteer Throughout The Project

What Is ESC?
European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Is Part Of The EUâs Erasmus+ Program, Which Offers People Aged Between 17 And 30 The Chance To Volunteer With A Non-Profit Organization In A European Country For Up To 12 Months.

How Do I Build A Good ESC Project?
ESC Volunteers Should Not Replace Members Of Staff, Or Take On What Would Normally Be A Paid Role. An ESC Project Should Avoid Being Entirely Based On Purely Administrative Tasks And Would Have To Consider Existing Skills, Knowledge And Interests Of The Volunteer. The Volunteer Should Be Able To Develop Personally And Professionally, Actively Participate In Society And Ultimately Improve Their Employability Within The EU Labour Market.

Great, How Do I Become An EVS Host?
1. Become An ESC Accredited Organisation: IVS Can Help You In The Process Of Getting Approved As An Official Host.
2. Get Your Project Approved: IVS Will Apply For Funding For Your Project And Coordinate The Grant. There Are 3 Deadlines Each Year.
3. Select Your Volunteers: IVS Will Receive The Applications And Help You In The Selection Process.
4.You Can Now Welcome Your New Volunteer To The Team!
Please Note That In Some Cases Stage 2 And 3 Are Reversed.

Funding Application Deadlines For 2019 Are: First Round 7 February 2019 (11am UK Time), Second Round On 30 April 2019 (11am UK Time) And Third Round 1 October 2019 (11am UK Time).

IVS Is An Accredited ESC Sending And Coordinating Organisation. Each Year We Send UK Young Volunteers Abroad And We Support UK ESC Hosts By:

â Providing Training And Support For Hosts And Volunteers.
â Support You In Organising Volunteer Travel, Accommodation And Allowances.
We Can Help You To Contribute Positively To Your Organisationâs Environment With Talented, Diverse Volunteers.
